God’s people should be an active people.  Jesus taught us that we should be engaged with our communities around us, helping those in need, ministering to the sick, caring for the less fortunate. But that is not all.  Jesus also taught us that all of that is worthless if we are not proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ.
